SingularityTraderZ1 does not share any personal data with external services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any external tracking tools. Only technically necessary cookies are used — a cookie consent banner is therefore not required. All data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in Germany (HostEurope, Cologne).
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, HTTP status code, data volume transmitted, referrer URL, and browser and operating system information.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the website). Storage period: 14 days, then automatic deletion.
Using the platform requires registration. We collect: email address, username, and an encrypted password. Optionally, additional profile information (e.g. trading data, profile picture) may be provided.

Transactional emails (e.g. registration confirmation, password reset) are sent via the SMTP service of our hosting provider HostEurope. The email address and the content of the respective email are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
All fonts used on this website are served exclusively from our own servers in Germany (self-hosted in WOFF2 format). There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font CDN; your IP address is not transmitted to any third-party provider when fonts are loaded.
We use only technically necessary cookies (session cookie for login, language setting, dark mode preference). These cookies are required for the operation of the platform and are set without your consent (§ 25 para. 2 TTDSG). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
