Introdução ao Singularity Trader

2. 🗺️ O Seu Caminho para o Painel de Trading

The dashboard guides you through a structured setup process on first launch. Here you find all 9 steps at a glance — with direct links to the matching handbook chapters.

Tip: The dashboard shows your current progress as a progress bar. You can always continue where you left off.
⚙️ Phase 1 — Setup
1
Connect broker accounts & activate automatic updates

Connect your broker accounts so that trades, positions, and balances come into the system automatically.

  • Interactive Brokers (IBKR) — Live & Paper Trading
  • Tastytrade — US broker for active trading
  • Trade Republic — via CSV export
  • Other brokers — via CSV/XML import
Update options: Automatic (daily via Flex Queries / API) · Manual (XML/CSV) · Intraday (optional)
2
Define markets: create or import watchlists

First decide which markets are relevant for you. The system calculates signals and monitors your underlyings based on this.

  • Create watchlists — e.g. "Core Stocks", "Swing Candidates", "Dividends", "Growth"
  • TradingView import — import existing lists directly
  • Organize sections — by sector, strategy, or risk
  • CSV import — upload your own symbol lists
Tip: Start with 2–3 focused watchlists instead of one huge list. Quality over quantity!
3
Draw trend channels & lines

Define important technical levels for your underlyings. These are used in signal calculation and chart display.

  • Trend lines — define uptrends/downtrends with 2 points
  • Trend channels — parallel boundary lines with 4 points
  • Support & Resistance — horizontal support/resistance zones
  • Fibonacci Levels — automatic retracement calculation
  • Timeframes from M1 (minute) to MN (month) — multiple per underlying possible
Important: Focus on the most important levels. Too many lines confuse more than they help.
4
Set up strategies or use templates

Define your trading strategies as clear rule sets — not just in your head, but systematically stored in the system.

  • Ready-made templates: Swing, Breakout, Mean Reversion, Dividends, Wheel, Covered Call
  • Entry conditions — indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger), price zones, volatility, earnings distance
  • Exit conditions — price targets, stop loss, time component, theta decay
  • Links to specific watchlists or instrument types
Tip: Start with 2–3 strategies and optimize them before adding more.
5
Configure signals & notifications

Set when and how you want to be informed about trading opportunities — never miss a setup again.

  • Entry signals — Long/Short entry when all conditions are met
  • Exit signals — Take profit, stop loss reached
  • Position signals — Roll, adjust, close
  • Re-entry — re-entry possible after stop
  • Channels: in-app, email, Telegram bot (real-time push)
Tip: Set how "sensitive" the system should be — strong signals only vs. all setups.
6
Check Trading Lights — your daily market weather

The Trading Lights show you at a glance whether today calls for full throttle or defensive play.

  • VIX Level — current market volatility
  • VIX Term Structure — contango/backwardation as a warning signal
  • Fear & Greed Index — market sentiment at a glance
  • IV vs HV — implied vs. historical volatility
  • Account Margin — your risk level per account
● Green — Normal conditions ● Yellow — Increased attention ● Red — High risk, act defensively
📝 Phase 2 — Document
7
Document trades & record them in your journal

Imported trades are automatically assigned. Add notes for a complete trading history.

Automatic Assignment
  • Instrument assignment to underlying
  • Strategy matching
  • Campaign grouping
Manual Additions
  • Tags — strategy, setup, market phase
  • Notes — why in? what was missed?
  • Screenshots — chart images for the trade
Trading Journal: Journal entries for trades or campaigns — private, for friends, or publicly visible. Write short notes on important trades (2–3 sentences are enough). This helps enormously during later review!
📈 Phase 3 — Analyze & Grow
8
Analyze performance & optimize strategies

Use the analysis pages to see which strategies work — and which you should kill.
